These days there are more video games coming out than ever before. It is physically impossible to play them all which is why it’s more important than ever to play the right ones. After all, time is precious and wasting your time on a bad game means you have less time for good games. Then one day you’ll die and wish you had that time back. Luckily it’s easier than ever to know which games are worth your time because it’s the ones we say are good. Simple as that. It’s 2026 and this is the internet so the only objectively good video games are the ones we deem good and everything else is complete and utter trash. Only an idiot would enjoy a game we deem bad.

You’re probably wondering why on earth anyone would enjoy a game we say is bad. After all, what kind of person willfully wastes what little time they have? It’s a tough thing to wrap your head around. Thankfully out of all the idiots who are playing trash games and enjoying themselves, we found one who was willing to sit down with us and explain himself and his terrible taste in video games. We hope this interview will give you some insight into the mind of a psychotic sadist.

GG Tribune: Thank you for sitting down with us Tom.

Tom Marshall: My pleasure, thank you for having me.

GG: I’m just gonna get right into it. You’ve been playing a lot of Crimson Desert lately and have come out publicly to express how much you’re enjoying your time with it correct?

TM: That’s correct, yes, I’m having a great time.

GG: Are you stupid? Have you never played a good video game before? Do you just not care about life anymore? What’s the deal? 

TM: Um, I’m sorry I don’t follow?

GG: We at the Tribune determined that Crimson Desert is a bad game and yet you claim to be enjoying it so either you’re a liar or you’re just an idiot who likes bad games. Which is it Tom? If that’s even your real name.

TM: It’s a fun game. I realize it’s not perfect but I like the world and the combat is really fun. It’s got some systems that take some getting used to and the controls are a bit confusing at first but it’s really clicking with me.

GG: Okay so idiot. Glad we could get that on the record.

TM: Well hey now I don’t think liking a game that you don’t makes me an idiot. We could just have different tastes.

GG: Right, we like good games and you like bad ones.

TM: I’m having fun. It’s a good game to me.

GG: Well we say it’s bad which means objectively it’s bad and frankly you should get better taste in games.

TM: There is no objective in video games. Some people like things that others don’t. I really don’t understand why you’re being so hostile here. Video games really aren’t that serious.

GG: Well maybe if you took them a little more seriously you would be enjoying good games instead of bad ones dumbass. It’s fine though, more good games for the real gamers.

TM: I think you’re a bit of an asshole.

GG: Come on Tom there’s no need for that. That was really mean.

At this point I had cut off the interview and blocked Tom on all social media on account of his aggressive and rude behavior.
