BOISE, Idaho โ€” Inkling Boy has officially joined the American workforce as earlier this week he was spotted working at one of HPโ€™s distribution centers, sources confirm.

โ€œItโ€™s been a total nightmare working with himโ€ said Joseph Toner, one of Inkling Boyโ€™s HP coworkers. โ€œEvery day he comes in, pours ink into some sort of paint gun, and then shoots it everywhere. Once heโ€™s covered the majority of the floor with the ink, he starts celebrating and yelling that he won. Won what? No one knows. Occasionally, heโ€™ll transform into a squid and then magically disappear and then reappear forty feet away. Sometimes heโ€™ll pop out of nowhere and shoot us with ink then tell us we have to respawn on the other side of the warehouse. One time he shot Gerry while he was bringing down a pallet of Inkjet cartridges with the forklift. He got so disorientated that he crashed into one of the bay doors. Itโ€™s been nothing but workplace incident after workplace incident since Inkling Boy was hired.โ€

Members of Inkling Boyโ€™s Turf War team have also expressed dissatisfaction with his new position.

โ€œWeโ€™ve lost every match that heโ€™s missedโ€ said Inkling Girl, one of Inkling Boyโ€™s teammates. โ€œAs soon as youโ€™re down one person itโ€™s pretty much game over. His work schedule is so sporadic that we never have time to find a replacement. HP will call him and expect him to come into work that same day and he doesnโ€™t have the balls to tell them no. Which is why we will never have a canonical relationship, no matter how hard people push for it.โ€

Inkling Boy says that this new job has renewed his love for ink, where previously he felt like it had begun to stagnate.

โ€œThey say if you love what you do then you never work a day in your lifeโ€ exclaimed Inkling Boy while breaking apart an ink cartridge and sloshing it on the floor. โ€œThis is the best job Iโ€™ve ever had. I basically have unlimited access to as much ink as I want. Iโ€™m blasting and splatting these idiots all day long and none of them fight back. This is the longest turf war winning streak Iโ€™ve ever been on.โ€

At press time, Inkling Boy quit his job at HP and started selling his ink after finding out how much a single HP cartridge cost.
