WASHINGTON โ€” After going down two Senate seats just months before the election, the Republican party has been forced to use their final Max Revive to add Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell back to the party, our sources report.

โ€œOur party took a major blow, and I was looking at the bench uncertain whether we can eke out a win in November,โ€ said Senate Republican Leader John Thune on the decision to spend the high volume item on the 84 year old senator. โ€œWeโ€™re down to a couple Full Restores, an X Attack, and whatever we find raiding Linseyโ€™s office.โ€

Mitchโ€™s return still leaves one major gap in the Republican partyโ€™s team. Leaders in the House and Senate will now search the PC to find someone to fill Lindsey Grahamโ€™s vacant seat.

โ€œTed Cruz is weak to ice types, Rand Paul only knows flail, and Susan Collins couldnโ€™t even beat a guy with a Nazi tattoo,โ€ said Senator Tim Collins when assessing the candidates. โ€œItโ€™s not like we can catch a young, virile candidate out of the tall grass this late in the year.โ€

While Republicans search, Democrats criticize the other side of the aisle for abusing tax payer dollars on healing items for themselves while cutting health benefits like Medicare for the average American.

โ€œThe top 1% are using 98% of the status effect items we need so desperately in the Pokemon Centers around this country,โ€ said Sen. Elizabeth Warren โ€œJust last month this administration spent $2 million tax payer dollars on Awakenings for the President, and $500,000 on Rare Candies for his two boys, Eric and Don Jr.โ€

At press time, Sen. McConnell is expected to return to work tomorrow and have his first battle against longtime rival, The Senate Steps.
