Particularly in this day and age, where AI can leave countless truths unchecked at any given time, we believe our services are more important than ever. As such, when we came across a Google image of Street Fighter’s power-hungry megalomaniac M. Bison being pegged by female protagonist Chun Li, we had to investigate. Does this picture accurately reflect the canon of the beloved fighting franchise, or is it a misrepresentation of Street Fighter’s long, comprehensive, and storied lore? 

Verdict

Not canon. While Chun Li and M. Bison do have a pre-existing relationship in Street Fighter, it is an adversarial one, and no evidence exists to suggest it ever became romantic. In fact, Chun Li is motivated almost exclusively in her work as an Interpol agent by revenge against M. Bison for having murdered her father. The idea that she would dismiss this intense animus to anally penetrate him with a large strap-on dildo affixed to a harness is absurd. Also, in the highly unlikely event that such a tryst would pan out, we are fairly certain Blanka would have no interest in observing while pleasuring himself as depicted in the photo. His character only appears to succumb to atavistic desires in situations in which he is physically threatened, and not in response to sexual stimuli. His inclusion in this tawdry distortion of Street Fighter mythology only strengthens our resolve that the above determination is indeed a correct one.

Why, then, does such a photo exist? Unfortunately, our investigation into its origin is still ongoing, and an answer has yet to be uncovered. However, one thing we can assert with a high amount of confidence is its significance in showing how vital our work is. Whether images like this are commonplace on the Internet is not something we can speak to, but regardless, it stands to confuse both casual and diehard gamers alike, and we take pride in our ability to point out its falsehoods to ensure it doesn’t stand to detract from their enjoyment of the series.
