LOS ANGELES โ After going to sleep at a respectable time last night, local gamer, Doug Martin, reported waking up this morning to a wet spot in his bed. Martin confirms that the spot was a result of a heated Titanfall 3 dream he had.
โOh god, not again,โ Martin (34) said as he stripped his custom-made Titanfall sheets from his bed. โThis keeps happening to me. I for sure thought it would stop in my thirties, but I guess Iโm doomed to yearn for highly anticipated sequels in my sleep. If Iโm not going to get hot Titanfall 3 action while Iโm awake, I can at least get it while Iโm asleep.โ
An avid dream journaler, Martin was quick to share some of his previous Titanfall 3 inspired dreams.
โSo, like, in this one dream I had last month, BT was alive and well and living in a Spectre server, and I was tasked with rescuing him from a server farm,โ Martin read directly from his custom-made Titanfall dream journal. โIt felt so real. Like Sarah Briggs was in my ear and everything. I felt like I was actually playing Titanfall 3. My heart was racing. My palms were sweating. My pants were tingling. It was so hot.โ
Martinโs father, Thomas Martin, wants to believe his sonโs dreams are just a phase, but heโs not counting on them ending anytime soon.
โItโs a family affliction,โ the elder Martin said with tears in his eyes. โIโve been having Half-Life 3 dreams since my twenties. I donโt get them as much now, but they still happen. I fear Dougy may have inherited the curse from me. That nightly yearning for a highly anticipated sequel that will never come. I just pray he gets the release that he wants. And if anyone from EA is listening, please stop cockteasing my boy and just announce the game already. Me and his sheets are begging you.โ
At press time, Doug Martin looked into purchasing custom-made Titanfall plastic bed sheets.
